Your life is busy, too complicated to squeeze in yet another thing to do. That said, you’d love a break from the mental chatter that dogs you between tasks.

Still Here has you covered.

In full disclosure, we were highly reluctant to shorten our 8-week MBSR course. All the good science was based on the fidelity of that course. And in that course, we have witnessed complete transformations in participants.

Two powerful forces caused us to change our position.

With a growingly busy world, people increasingly ask for something shorter to bring them relief from stress-related disorders.

Secondly, and perhaps more importantly, some brilliant science was arising from the United States from Dr. Amishi Jha and the effectiveness of a four-week training on pre-deployment marines.

Still Here replicated this approach last year on a trial basis, and we have been astounded at how effective it is in reducing stress, anxiety and depression.

This highly experiential course takes place each week for two hours.

The delivery includes body scans, yoga, mindful walking, mindful eating, mindful communication, and all the entry points for bringing moment-to-moment awareness into your day.

We borrowed from some of the emerging science showing the most effective way to safely spark a mindfulness practice with the most economical use of time.

This course is delivered online in the comfort of your own home.
