Still Here Course Cancellation Policy

For in-person courses:

• If you cancel 30 days or more ahead of the event, you will be fully refunded, less a $150 administration fee.

• If you cancel between 15 days and 29 days, you will be entitled to a 50 per cent refund, less a $150 administration fee.

• If you cancel two weeks or less before the event, or fail to show up for it, you will not be offered a refund.

• You can reschedule for a future event, as long as it’s not within 2 weeks before the event. There is a $150 admin fee for the rescheduling.

• You can transfer your course to someone else who can submit an application acceptable to Still Here. The cost of the transfer is $200 and is not available within 2 weeks before the event.

For online courses

• If you cancel or reschedule more than two weeks ahead of the event, you will be given a full refund or credit for a future course, less a $50 administration fee.

• If you cancel less than three days from the event, or fail to show up for it, there will be no refund.
